Dear Parent/Guardians,

Semester 1 Learning Updates - Interim Reports will be e-mailed home on October 20, 2026.

Parents/Guardians with concerns are invited to make appointments to meet with their teen’s teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on October 28^th from 2-4pm (ONLINE ONLY) and October 29^th (IN-PERSON ONLY) from 2-4pm and 5-7pm.

MS Bookings will OPEN at 4pm October 20^th and will CLOSE at noon the day prior of the conferences (for example, the booking system will close at noon on October 27^th for appointments taking place on October 28^th).

The appointments will be 10 minutes in length with a 5-minute break in between. Please note, you will need the names of your teen's teachers to book appointments.

Time slots available per teacher are limited. If you are unable to book a time slot, we encourage you to reach out to the teacher directly. Teacher e-mail addresses may be found on our school website https://jnburnett.sd38.bc.ca/school-information/our-staff. To book an appointment with a administrator, kindly email them directly.

We will have an alternate bell schedule on October 28^th and 29^th, with an early dismissal of 1:15pm.
