Student Timetables & Course Correction Requests

Draft timetables have been emailed to all students and parents on August 28, 2024.

Students and parents with access to MyEducation BC will be unable to access their account until September 3 as part of scheduled maintenance. 

A FINAL timetable will be emailed in the late afternoon on Tuesday, September 3 and students will follow this timetable unless they have received an update from a counsellor or administrator.

Our current timetable was constructed based on enrolment and course selections from March 2024.  We worked with students between April – June to make requested course changes.  We will do our very best to accommodate any changes that are required. Changes due to Summer Learning, missing course request and students with incomplete timetables will take priority.  Course changes preferences and balancing will be done during the week on September 9-13 and will only be accommodate if space allows.

Please complete a course correction request form if you have the following:

1. Incomplete Schedule (less than 8 courses, course duplicate, wrong grade level, graduation requirement).

2. Changed Summer School Plans (courses need updating)

3. Preference (Course)

Due to the complexity of our timetable, it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate non-essential timetable changes, especially changes in elective courses. Our counsellors will review the completed forms and try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.  Our team reviews form entries in the order received.

You will receive communication as changes are made or not able to be made. We appreciate your patience as we work through all student timetables. 

Students are to follow the schedule they received unless a change has been confirmed by a counsellor or administrator.

Please complete this form by Thursday, September 5 at 4pm. Requests will not be processed after this time.

Important Tips:

1. The online form is the ONLY and FASTEST way for your request to be processed.

2. Please submit 3 alternate courses. This is crucial as it helps our staff make changes right away.

3. If you haven't received a communication from your counsellor or admin it could mean:

- Your request hasn't been attended to yet (we will attend to requests in order received and priority)

- You are on a waitlist or your request isn't possible and you will hear from us soon.
