NCSA Athletic Recruiting App - Download and start talking to Coaches
NCSA Next College Student Athlete helps student-athletes connect with college coaches.
Download the NCSA app in the App Store or on Google Play to email coaches, get notifications, get coach contact info, create and manage custom email templates.
A coach may ask a student to make a “verbal commitment” to their school during Grade 11.
If a student has indeed made their choice, they can move ahead with a verbal commitment. This is not legally binding and either party can back out.
Students should still plan on applying to multiple interested institutions, while honouring their commitment.
All recruitment ceases when a student signs a National Letter of Intent (NLI) with a
university, which is legally binding for one full academic year
First NLI signing session in November, concurrent with Early admissions
Second NLI signing session in April, concurrent with Regular admissions
