GR. 9 TAKE OUR KIDS TO WORK – November 4, 2026  

We are excited to partner with the Students Commission of Canada and RBC Future Launch for Gr. 9 Take Our Kid to Work Day taking place on Wednesday, November 4.

This day gives Grade 9 students an opportunity to explore various career paths and gain insights into the working world.  

We encourage you to support your teen’s participation in this valuable event. If possible, arrange for them to visit your workplace or another suitable location. This year's theme, Different Perspectives, Shared Direction, celebrates the diverse backgrounds, experiences, interests, and aspirations of people who work across Canada.

Permissions forms have been e-mailed to all Grade 9 students and their parents/guardians (also, see attached). Completed forms are due back to the office by Wednesday, October 28, 2026. 

Students who do not return a signed permission form will be assumed to be attending school on November 4, 2026.
