- Next week is Mental Health Week, running May 4th to May 8th. This year’s theme is “Come Together, Canada,” focused on building connection and community. Join us all week at lunch for fun, low key activities like games, improv, a school wide TikTok dance, and a gratitude activity on Friday. Watch for us in the cafeteria, gym, and library — everyone’s welcome!
- Grade 12s, a reminder that Grad Dinner & Dance tickets are on sale now! This night is all about celebrating your high school journey together with dinner, music, and a chance to enjoy one last big evening with your graduation class. Tickets are available until May 4th, so make sure you purchase yours before the deadline.
- Are you thinking about a career in the Emergency Health Services? Come and learn about jobs as a 9-1-1 dispatcher, paramedic, patient transfer coordinator and more. Ms. Courtney Harrison of the BC Emergency Health Services will give a presentation at Steveston London Secondary today at 3:20 pm. You will learn about the many different occupations available to you within the Emergency Health Services field. Parents are welcome to attend.
- Do you want to go to a live concert? On Monday, May 4th, the Music Program is auctioning off two sets of tickets: one pair for Louis Tomlinson from one direction and one pair for sold-out musician, Daniel Caesar. Daniel Caesar Starting bid is just $175 for 2 tickets. Concert doors open at 6:00 PM, and bidding runs all evening. Join us in Burnett’s large gym on May 4th — may the luck be with you!
