- Last evening, the Senior Burnett Trivia Team continued its run of dominance of the Lower Mainland league, impressively sweeping all four of its games against stiff opposition. Led by the sharp minds and quick fingers of Emily He, William Liu, Heather Loong, Liam Ritchie, Ken Yao, and Terri Zhang, the Team are now headed to the group A BC Championships in May.
- The grade 8 boys volleyball team competed in the 4 Cities Championship tournament over the weekend. The boys ended up winning all 7 matches taking home the 1st place Championship. Well done boys! They will take on Macneil Ravens in the Wave cave at 3:15 after school today. Come check it out.
- Hey Grads! We’re excited to share that Spy vs. Spy is starting on April 22nd! Come by Ms. Rodriguez's room at lunch today to sign up! Last day to sign up is this Friday, April 17th! Follow @jnbspies26 on Instagram for game rules and updates!
- Yesterday, our junior boys team fell just short against Steveston London. It was a tough day, but the team gave it their all and they're not done yet. Come out and cheer on your Breakers this Friday when junior badminton takes on McRoberts. Good luck to the team!
- Yesterday, our junior ultimate team played a tough game against MacNeill Despite a 4–8 loss, the Breakers fought to the end, scoring the final points with incredible teamwork! Shoutout to our Spirit MVPs, Tay and Charlie, and our Game MVPs, Joyce and Charlie. Great job, Breakers!
- Are you thinking about universities in Canada, the US, or Europe? Join the Global Post-Secondary Fair at Richmond Secondary School on April 23rd, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This event is FREE, but registration is encouraged - go to the Career Centre Website and click on the link to register.
- Attention students: Registration for Grade 9 non-credit summer classes opens tonight at 7:00 PM! These spots fill up quickly, so check the continuing education website to sign up. If you're looking for full-credit classes, registration begins in early May.
