  1. Attention all grade 8 students interested in writing the GAUSS Math Contest: Please complete the sign-up form using the QR code found on the Math Club bulletin board beside Ms. Haave’s room D205, and pay your deposit to Ms. Rodriguez in D211 by April 20th. Only students who have paid the deposit will be registered to write the Gauss contest on Wednesday, May 13th.
  2. Grade 12s, a reminder that Grad Dinner & Dance tickets are on sale now! This night is all about celebrating your high school journey together with dinner, music, and a chance to enjoy one last big evening with your graduation class. Tickets are available until May 4, so make sure you purchase yours before the deadline.
  3. Grads, don’t forget to get your Dry Grad tickets. Here you can continue the fun into the night with your grad class after the Grad Dinner and Dance. There will be activities, a $500 cash prize, food, and much more! Tickets are on sale now, and the deadline to purchase is April 10!
  4. Athletic Council is selling delicious bubble tea from Suntea this Friday at lunch! The flavours will be matcha, Oreo mochi, passionfruit, and brown sugar. Use the link in JNB Athletic’s Instagram bio to pre-order!
  5. To the talented breakers who showed interest in participating for Breaker Idol, please check your email inboxes for important information and coming updates! 
  6. Bantam badminton took on arch-rival Steveston-London in an away match and, despite a strong effort, fell 8–3. Alvin Lee and Alan Li demonstrated true Breaker spirit in boys’ doubles, battling back in a thrilling comeback that went to a third game and deuce. Great effort, Breakers—get them next time!
  7. Hey Breaker athletes! More team photos will be taken during lunch today in the Wave Cave, for these teams: Junior and Senior Ultimate, Track & Field, Golf, and Tennis. See you there!
  8. Attention students! The Summer Learning 2026 catalogue is now available. If you're considering summer school, explore course options and important details by searching “Richmond Continuing Education” and selecting “Summer Learning.” Be sure to review the information carefully and plan ahead to make the most of your summer learning opportunities.
  9. Attention all Grade 12 students! Please check the list on the office window to see your scheduled time to present your Capstone on the April 21st Conference Day.  Confirm that you have a time and location.  If there are any questions or concerns, you must attend Mr. Giesbrecht’s PLT on Thursday.  The schedule will be finalized by Friday.
