- All ELL 5 students – you are invited to attend an initial meeting with Ms. Wu in her room A 110B today during lunch. Please bring lined paper and a pen to the meeting.
- Calling all students in music combos! Are you a member of a music group that is not playing concert band music? Would you like to get credits for your performances and learn more about promoting your combo? Come to an info session about the World Contemporary Music class on Friday at lunch in the music room.
- The music department is running a popcorn sale all week at lunch in front of the courtyard!
- Today, there are Senior Ultimate tryouts at Minoru Field starting at 3:15 p.m. Tennis tryouts will take place after school at 3:00 p.m. Senior badminton tryouts are at 5:00 p.m. See you then! Check the athletics schedule for more information.
- To all grade 8 core French students – the field trip to the Francophone Festival is next Tuesday, Feb 24th. At the end of block A on that day, put your backpack in your locker and go to the front of the school to meet your French teacher.
- Attention all Mathletes writing the Pascal, Cayley and Fermat Contests: Please go to Ms. Rodriguez’s classroom D211 on Wednesday, February 25th during A block class at 8:30am. We will begin the contest at 8:45, and students are expected to inform their teachers of their absence and return to class once complete. If you have not received a confirmation email, please see Ms. Rodriguez ASAP.
- Would you like to take a post-secondary course or program in high school and have your tuition covered? Check out the SD38 Career Programs website to apply. We offer over 20 different programs. There are a couple of key due dates approaching: March 3rd - dual credit train in trades program applications are due. March 10th - academic dual credit program applications are due. This includes our NEW KPU 4-course Business program. Check out our slat board in the counselling office for more details.
- Reminder to all students, course requests are due in MyEd on Monday, Feb 23 at 8am! Please make sure you complete your course selections and include at least 3 alternates.
