- Do you like jazz? Can you play an instrument? Come to the band room this Friday after school if you are interested in joining the jazz club! See you there!
- Students who are applying to the University of Toronto and wish to be considered for the U of T National Book Award, National Scholarship or Lester B Pearson International Awards please speak to your counsellor by 3pm on Wednesday. Only students who have reached out by Wednesday will be considered for nomination to these awards.
- The Senior Boys Volleyball team dominated at MacNeill over the weekend, taking home 1st place after a victory against Seaquam in the finals. Player of the Tournament was awarded to Charles Kan, who also earned an All-Star selection. Well done boys.
- Semester One Library Monitors, the schedule is now posted on the door. Please see Mrs. Riter today to confirm you accept your shift. Please note that the training session has been moved to next Tuesday, October 14th, after school.
- Grade 11 and Grade 12 students, are you interested in the UofA as your post secondary institution? Come to the Library Lab on Wednesday October 8th at lunchtime and meet with a representative from UofA and find out if the University of Alberta is a right fit for you.
- Grade 10- 12 students and families, you are invited to attend a University Fair where you will get an opportunity to connect with dozens of universities from Canada, Europe, and the US with various programs and career pathways at Steveston London Secondary on Wednesday October 8th from 4-6 PM. This event is open to students and families from Richmond School District only.
