- Your school ID and photo package from the recent photo retake are now available for pickup at the office. Please come by to collect them at your earliest convenience.
- The project serve club is hosting a fundraiser at the cafeteria for the Richmond Food Bank today! They will be selling croissants from the Little Fox Bakery at $3 for cheese and almond croissants, and $3.50 for matcha, bubble tea, dirty chocolate and Nutella. Stop by at lunch for some delicious treats!
- Attention grads! Winter Formal is a little over 2 weeks away! Make sure to purchase your ticket by the end of today!
- Do you have questions about educational programs or opportunities available to you in high school that could help you prepare for a future career in skilled trades, early childhood education, or healthcare? If so, join the Career Programs informal Q&A session after school today between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. on Zoom. More information can be found on the Career Programs bulletin board, located near your counselors' office.
- The Grade 8 Girls' Volleyball season came to an unfortunate end yesterday after a tight game against the McNair Marlins. Great job to the team for showing true dedication and effort, and for demonstrating your Breaker spirit. The MVP of the game was Natalie Li. We hope to see you all next year!
- The Burnett Breakers Senior Boys volleyball team won the Richmond City Championship, defeating the McMath Wildcats in a thrilling five-set match. After losing the first two sets, Burnett mounted a comeback, winning the last three sets, including a dramatic 16-14 victory in the fifth set. This historic win marks the first time Burnett has captured the Richmond championship at the Senior Boys level. Congratulations to Coach Simpson and the entire Breakers team!
