In 1980 Terry showed us what courage, compassion and determination look like. Today that example is needed more than ever and we are inspired to join 4,000,000 Canadian students who are leading the way. By fundraising for innovative research our school community is literally changing the lives of Canadians facing cancer. Thanks to your donation, we’re driving cancer research forward, faster than ever. 

Terry started a marathon against cancer and together, we can “Finish It”.

This year, all Burnett students will be participating in Terry Fox Run on Thursday, October 1, 2026.

Donations are accepted through school cash online or via https://schools.terryfox.ca/139836. The Athletic Council will also be collecting class donations on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our goal is to raise $1500!
