Sept 14, 2026- Daily Announcements

  1. Any students who are wanting to be in jazz club in Semester One or are taking jazz as a class in Semester 2 we have an important meeting today, Monday September 14 at lunch in the Band Room.
  2. A reminder to Grade 9 students to please return their completed immunization consent forms to the school office as soon as possible.
  3. Grade 11/12 students it’s that time of year to consider your post secondary options!  Throughout the year post secondary institutions will be visiting you!  Attend a free presentation today at lunchtime to hear all Langara has to offer you in the Library Lab.
  4. Yearbookers! Let’s gather – The first class is tomorrow after school in Carv’s Room.
  5. All Grade 12s – please come to the multipurpose room on Thursday at PLT – It is mandatory.
  6. Grade 8 – Girls if you are interested in playing volleyball this year, come out to the gym today and Wednesday after school.
  7. Are you interested in career in healthcare, taking on a leadership role, or gaining volunteer hours?  The JNB First Responders Team is hosting an info meeting open to all students in the PE Classrom ( D199) on Friday September 18th during lunch. We can’t wait to see you there!
  8. A reminder that tomorrow is our 1st PLT block. Please sign up with your teachers. Grades 8 students please remain in your block A class during PLT do to the literacy assessment.
