  1. Attention students: Registration for Grade 10-11 non-credit summer classes opens tonight at 7:00 PM! These spots fill up quickly, so check the continuing education website to sign up. If you're looking for full-credit classes, registration begins in early May.
  2. Grade 12s, a reminder that Grad Dinner & Dance tickets are on sale now! This night is all about celebrating your high school journey together with dinner, music, and a chance to enjoy one last big evening with your graduation class. Tickets are available until May 4, so make sure you purchase yours before the deadline.Hey Grads! We’re excited to share that Spy vs. Spy is starting on April 22nd! Come by Ms. Rodriguez's room at lunch today to sign up! Last day to sign up is this Friday, April 17th! Follow @jnbspies26 on Instagram for game rules and updates!
  3. MineMart is selling fresh baked Biscoff chocolate chip cookies today! They will also be selling MineMatcha floats.  Check these sweet treats out during lunch! Pre order and prepay for their THURSDAY bubble tea sale during lunch to get 50 cents off!
  4. Today is the first day of our annual Breaker Idol! Come check out all of our wonderful soloists at lunch in the big gym. Make sure to come tomorrow too for our final day of performances and vote for your favourites! Voting will take place on Thursday! See you there!

  5. Hello Breakers. This is your weekly reminder to be a great school citizen. Today we are talking about school participation. Consider the following questions. 

    Have you joined a club or sports team? Are you encouraging to others when you meet or play together? Do you talk to others in the school? Especially those outside your friend group? Do you share your ideas and thoughts in your classes or when working in small groups?  These are big and small ways we can connect to others at Burnett. Listen next week for some new questions to ponder.
