  1. Breaker Robotics enters the 6th season of competition this year. The challenge for 2026 game is “Rebuilt”. Please see Mr. Bevan at Room B 102 if you are interested in joining the team.
  2. A quick reminder about team photo days in the Big Gym. Girls Basketball will be this Wednesday, January 14th. Boys Basketball and Table Tennis will be next Wednesday, January 21st. Be sure to bring your jerseys and shoes so you’re ready for your photo!
  3. Half-court Basketball Intramurals start on Tuesday, January 20 in the big gym at lunch! We’ve got Casual and Competitive divisions, 8‑minute games, and prizes for the winners! Grab four friends, create a fun team name, and sign up as a group of 5 using the link in JNB Athletics bio! Don’t wait - sign‑up deadline is January 16!
  4. Yesterday, the table tennis team headed out for an away match against Cambie Secondary and came up short after a tough battle. Big shoutout to Neil and Kyo for an intense match that came down to the wire—they pulled out the win by just two points. An absolute grind from both of them.
  5. Hey grads! Grad photos with Artona will take place Jan 30–Feb 6 in the school parking lot. Be sure to book your session at artona.com to be featured in the yearbook. Group photos can be booked separately on Feb 5–6 in Room B106. Don’t miss your chance to capture this milestone!
