  3. Our Textiles classes have completed 200 neonatal cloths for Surrey Memorial Hospital to support caregivers of preemie babies in the NICU. They also partnered with Blair Elementary on a textile art project for Richmond Cultural Days. Blair students created block-printed fabric, and our classes assembled it into a beautiful heron-wing–inspired artwork. You can see the final piece on display at the Richmond Art Gallery until the end of December. Good job Breakers!
  4. We’re proud to share that the Burnett Band has submitted two entries to the National CBC Music Contest! Our students have been working hard, and we’re excited to showcase their talent on a national stage. Their performances, titled “Stitches” and “Hallelujah,” are now available on the CBC Music Class YouTube channel.
