- The creativity everyone had today was awesome. Thank you to every breaker who participated in spirit week, we hope to see your participation again next time!
- The marketing 10 and 11 class is opening their store SNOOPY’s SNACKS by the hallway on Wednesday October 1. Make sure to come check it out at recess and lunch!
- Attention seniors! Grad hoodies are now available to order on SchoolCashOnline. The deadline to order is October 3rd. If you’re unsure about sizing, sample hoodies will be available to try on soon. More details can be found on SchoolCashOnline.
- We’ve got some exciting news from the court! On Tuesday, our Grade 9 girls volleyball team took on MacNeill and came out on top with a 2–1 victory!! Big shoutout to our MVP of the game, Safiya Bhimani, for an amazing performance. Their home opener is coming up this Friday against Cambie, right here in the Wave Cave. Come out and cheer them on!
- The Grade 8 girls volleyball team competed in a tough game against the MacNeil Ravens, winning set 1, but losing sets 2 and 3 by just mere points. The player of the game goes to Cici Shi who managed to get 21 serves, and 4 hits. Well done Breakers!
- Congratulations to our Junior Boys Volleyball team on their first game of the season! They played with skill and teamwork, earning a big 3–0 win over Palmer. What a great way to start off the season! Go breakers!
- Grade 11 and Grade 12 students, are you interested in Business as your post-secondary field of study? Are you interested in finding out about SFU Beedie School of Business? Come to the Library Lab on Monday, September 29th at lunchtime and meet with a representative from SFU and found out if the Beedie School of Business is a right fit for you.

- It is Orange Shirt Day next Monday. We encourage staff and students to wear orange and to focus on Reconciliation as we approach September 30th, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
