A Notice of Late Return form must be submitted for any student(s) who expects to return to their assigned school LATER THAN 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 and ON or BEFORE September 11, 2026. 

Please download the attached form and return it to the school by June 24, 2026. Please attach a letter that contains an explanation of the extenuating circumstances for returning late in September.
