- Happy Tuesday! Today’s strategy is called TIPP. It is a distress tolerance technique to help with overwhelming emotions. Detail steps are posted on school TV and school Instagram account. Please see your counsellor if you would like a hardcopy to keep. The counselling area will have stickers and calm strips to give out today! Please swing by to grab 1 or 2. We also have a tea station now, so come enjoy!
- To keep reflecting on Mental Health Week, the counselling department will be hosting a mindfulness activity in the library Wednesday at lunch! Come and join us to learn more about breathing, calming the mind, and connecting with yourself. See posters around the school for more information on what to expect. We hope to see you there, Wednesday at lunch in the library!
- Attention Grade 8s and 9s! Jump Rope for Heart is on until May 9—help raise funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Register, fundraise, and earn prizes, then join the fun on Conference Day for an active heart health event!

Join the Pouring Potential – JA Job Shadow Experience at Coke Canada Bottling in Richmond on May 30! You will tour the plant, meet industry pros, and get hands‑on career insight.
