BREAKERS DAILY NEWS       

1. The bantam girls basketball team played their first exhibition game yesterday against Boyd!  The girls did an outstanding job with their defence and had high team spirit. They fought hard having a strong lead in the first half, but unfortunately lost 17-23. The MVP for the game was Breyona Zheng. Congratulations and great job breakers!
2. Hey Grads! Dry Grad tickets are now available for purchase! Students who purchase their tickets by January 30, 2025, will be entered into a raffle for a $500 cash prize, along with gift cards, to be drawn at Dry Grad! Don't miss out—buy your ticket as soon as possible!
3. Did you take Girlfit? Are you taking it next semester? Would you like to buy a PINK GIRLFIT T-SHIRT? Come see Mrs. Reidy during BLT tomorrow and next Tuesday to buy yours for only $14.
4. Interact is excited to announce that we will be holding a Tim Hortons fundraiser in front of the cafeteria next Friday, December 13th! We will be selling an assortment of donuts, as well as ice caps, during break and lunch. Come support us by buying a donut or two! Proceeds go to UNICEF!
5. Hey breakers! If you’re looking to join the ski and snowboard club this year, it’s not too late! There are still spots available on the bus. Students looking to join should drop their completed forms off to Ms. Kozij in room D212 as soon as possible to hold their spot – first come, first served!  
6. Hey Breakers! Next week from Dec 9th - Dec 13^th, Grad comm is hosting a candy grams sale in front of the cafeteria at lunch! Candy canes are 1 for 50cents, 3 for $1! Come by next week at lunch to purchase candy canes for your friends this holiday season!
