1. If you’re looking to join the ski and snowboard club this year, it’s not too late! There are still spots available on the bus. Students looking to join should drop their completed forms off to Ms. Kozij in room D212 as soon as possible to hold their spot – first come, first served!  
2. This week is CS Education week, a great opportunity to learn more about the field of computer science and its impact on our world. Science Club will be hosting a presentation with a guest speaker during Friday lunch in the library to share what it is like to work in the comp sci! 3. Check out JNB Math Club’s new Math Help Stamp Card for Grades 8-10. Every time you come to our Math Help session; you will receive a stamp on your stamp card. Once you earn 5 stamps, you are eligible for a prize! Check out our Instagram @jnbmathclub for more details!
4. The junior boys played their second exhibition game against point gray secondary. Winning the game by 78-43. Well done Breakers!
5. Hey Breakers! Grad comm is hosting their candy gram sale this week in front of the cafeteria at lunch! Come by to purchase candy canes for your friends- candy canes are 1 for 50cents and 3 for $1!
6. Come to Maker Wednesday next week, December 18, in the library at lunch to make holiday crafts and gifts, including ornaments, holiday cards, and bookmarks. Everybody is welcome!
7. Our Senior Girls Basketball Team's home opener is tomorrow at 6 p.m. against Cambie in the big gym. Please make sure to come out and support our seniors!

9. Grade12 Students! If you would like to be considered for the following scholarships: SJ Commitment, Schulich, BC Excellence, please fill in the online JN Burnett scholarship form on the Burnett website and forward it to you counsellor no later than Wednesday, January 15th, 2025.
