1. Grade 9-12 students, are you looking for volunteer opportunities? UBC Botanical Garden is recruiting volunteers for their 33rd Annual Apple Festival on October 17-20. To apply, scan the QR code posted on the TV screen and outside the counseling office.
2. Registration for language challenge exams is now open. Please scan the QR code posted on the TV or by the counseling office. The deadline for registrations is October 26, 2024. Please see your counselor for more information.
3. The Grade 8 Girls Volleyball Team lost a tough game against Richmond High yesterday at their home opener with a final score of 2-1. The MVP for the game was Safiya Bhimani. Keep up the energy, Breakers! 
4. ARC members:  this is a reminder of our meeting tomorrow at lunch in room A110A. Please bring $15 if you ordered an ARC t-shirt as we will have them ready for you to pick up at our meeting tomorrow.
5. Hey Breakers!  Are you interested in being a library monitor in semester 1?  There will be a brief information meeting on Tuesday, October 8th afterschool in the library starting at 3:15pm.  This is just a quick 10-minute meeting to explain what monitors do and hand out sign-up forms.
