BREAKERS DAILY NEWS    

1. ​​​​​​​Today is the last day for AP exam registration. The application form is available in the main office.
2. For Grades 11 & 12 students: Are you interested in the STRIVE KPU dual credit program? Applications are now open to register for a Sociology course at KPU. The application deadline is tomorrow. Please drop by the Counseling Centre for more information.
3. Hey Breakers! JNB Yearbook will be hosting a Halloween photo booth throughout this week from October 28th to November 1st (except for Wednesday, October 30th) at lunchtime in B109, Ms. Carv's classroom. We can't wait to see your amazing costumes!
4. Hey, Breakers, Operation Smile is hosting a cookie fundraiser during the Halloween dance on Tuesday, October 29th. Cookies will be sold at $1 a piece. Hope to see you there!
5. Dance Club is BACK with another HALLOWEEN SHOWCASE! They’ve prepared some CRAZY performances. Come watch and cheer them on Thursday, October 31st in the large gym! 
6. The junior boys had an intense game against Steveston-London on Thursday, ultimately losing 2-3. Come support them at McRoberts tomorrow for their last game of the season. 
7. Attention Pre-Calculus 12 students! With Midterms coming up, Math Club is hosting our Midterm Test-Prep session this Tuesday, October 29th afterschool in Ms. Rodriguez’s room. Check out our Instagram @jnbmathclub for more details. We wish you all the best for Midterms!
8. If you have done photo retake, your new student ID is now available for pickup in the office. If you have ordered a photo package form Artona, it is also ready for you to collect.
9. All grade 12 students, it’s grad assessment day tomorrow. Please check the list posted across the main office for your assessment date and location.
10. Attention breakers! There’s an alternate schedule for tomorrow. Block A will start from 8:30-10:10, BLT will be from 10:15-12:30, and Block B will run from 1:20-3:00. Detailed schedule can be found on the JN Burnett Website and outside the main office.
