BREAKERS DAILY NEWS   

1. All students planning to take challenge exams, please submit your application to your counselor by Thursday, October 24th. This is the deadline for Challenge Exam applications.
2. Hey Breakers! Starting this week, the Student Council will be selling tickets during lunch for the upcoming Halloween Dance! Admission is free, so make sure to stop by and get yourself a ticket for a spooktacular night!
3. For Grades 11 & 12: Are you interested in the STRIVE KPU dual credit program? Applications are now open to register for a Sociology course at KPU. The application deadline is October 29. Please drop by the Counseling Centre for more info.
4. Attention Pre-Calculus 12 students! Math Club is hosting our Trig Identities Test-Prep session today afterschool in Ms. Lenahan’s room. We will have practice tests for students who need extra help or want extra preparation for the test. Check out our Instagram @jnbmathclub for more details.
5. Yesterday the Grade 9 girls played exceptionally well against the McMath wildcats, winning first and second set with scores of 16-25 and 8-25. Amazing work breakers!
6. The Model UN club will be selling bubble tea under the main stairs today at lunch. Be sure to come by and get one!
7. This is a reminder that tomorrow is parent teacher conference day. School starts at 8:30 AM and finishes at 1 PM.
