- Attention all Mathletes! If you're interested in participating in this year's CIMC and CSMC math contests, please scan the QR code on the Math Club's bulletin board located beside Ms. Haave's classroom in the math wing. The application deadline is October 1st, and the payment deadline is October 10th. Only paid participants will be registered for the contests, so don’t miss out!
- Attention all Grade 12s! Make sure to pay your fees on CashOnline for Winter Formal. The deadline to pay is November 6. Get ready for dancing, a photo booth, and making memories with the Grad Class of 2025!
- Grade 12 Students: Do you demonstrate strength of character, a deep commitment to service, and exceptional leadership? Have you been empowered to create positive change? The Loran Scholars Foundation will offer up to 160 financial awards. Please scan the QR code posted outside the counselling office to apply.
- For Grades 11 & 12: Are you interested in the STRIVE KPU dual credit program? Applications are now open to register for a Sociology course at KPU. The application deadline is October 29. Please drop by the Counseling Centre for more info.
- Grade 11 and Grade 12 students: Are you considering Langara College for your post-secondary education? Come to the Library Lab at lunchtime today at 12:50 PM to meet with a representative and ask questions to find out if Langara is a good fit for you.
- Do you love theme parks? Are you fascinated by space exploration? Have you always wanted to meet an alligator? Great news! There are still 6 spots available for the 2025 Florida trip! If you are interested, please see Ms. Yonathan or Ms. Brodsky.
- The boys' soccer team had an unfortunate loss in a close game against McRoberts yesterday, losing 1-3. Good luck next time!
- Congratulations to the Grade 8 Girls Volleyball team for their game against the Hugh Boyd Trojans yesterday, taking the intense deciding set at 25-20. The MVP for the game was Sheena Maroke. Amazing job, Breakers!
- The Senior Girls Volleyball team had a close match against the Palmer Griffins but won the last set 25-22 after losing the previous set 26-28. The MVP for yesterday’s game was Sianna Del Rosario, who had the most kills. Amazing game, girls!
- Photo day is tomorrow! Everyone must have their school photos taken as this is used for school ID and in the yearbook. See you there!
