1. Hello Burnett, any grade 10, 11, 12 students interested in becoming a one-on-one tutor, please join the mandatory meeting during BLT on Oct. 19^th and 24^th in the library computer lab! You will learn to provide a valuable service to your fellow students AND earn service hours! Please see Ms. Chen if you have any questions!
2. Have you heard about JNB Cancer Association’s sugar cookie fundraiser happening TODAY? In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, JNB Cancer Association Club will be hosting a sugar cookie fundraiser TODAY at Lunch outside the cafeteria. Make sure to swing by!
3. The library monitor training for new monitors has been rescheduled for Monday, October 16^th at 3:05pm in the library.  Please see Mrs. Riter if you can't make that time. 
4. A special shout-out to our cross-country team! They have been persevering incredibly this past month.  great achievement by Dila Celik for getting second place in yesterday’s race and great efforts shown by the rest of the team. Go breakers!
5. The Senior boys volleyball team took on McRoberts last night in an intense match. The top players of the game were Marcus Tai and Rhys De Rosa. Good job Breakers! 
6. The senior girls volleyball team played against Palmer yesterday and won 3-0! MVP of the game was Jennie Han, for her versatility as a player and high spirits. Good job girls! Keep it up!
7. Hey ARC members, come join us for our meeting this Friday. We will continue the topic “Best Friends Forgotten”. See you there!
8. Bump.. set .. spike!!!! The Jr boys volleyball team has games against McNeil today in the wave cave at 3:30. Be there and make some noise breakers!
