BREAKERS DAILY NEWS

Good morning, Burnett Breakers!  Here are your announcements:

1. The badminton bantam team played their best against RHS but unfortunately losing 4-7. Cici and Daman Mo played really well in mixed doubles. Nice try Breakers!
2. This weekend our Senior Ultimate team placed 6th in the Reign Senior Invite ultimate tournament. On Saturday they won 12-1 against Point Grey, 10-3 against Hugh Boyd, and lost 12-3 to Templeton. On Sunday, they won 6-4 against Semiahmoo! Congrats to the senior ultimate team!
3. Track and field practices are Monday and Tuesday after school at Minoru. See you there!
4. Hey breakers! Are you currently a grade 10 or 11 student interested in becoming a breaker mentor for the next year?  If so, there will be a meeting on Friday April 21 at the library during lunch. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Ms. Yonathan or Mr. Giesbrecht. Hope to see you there!
5. Any Grade 8 students interested in writing the Waterloo Gauss contest, please sign up with Ms. Have in room D205 by April 24.
