Students who are looking for a reference letter from their counsellor or teacher are encouraged to use the attached form. Please fill this out and submit to your teacher/counsellor to give them more insight when writing your reference letter.

If you require a reference letter or help with a post-secondary application (ex. Common Apps), you are asked to give staff a minimum of two weeks notice.  The earlier you contact us, the more effective the outcome will be.
