  1. Swim team meeting at lunch on Wed., Sep 18th in Mr. Simpson’s room B104. Sign-ups are still open for everyone interested. Make sure to drop by!
  2. Are you a Grade 10, 11 or 12 student interested in learning about work in Emergency Services? If so, you are invited to apply to join the Fall 2019 Richmond RCMP Youth Squad Program.  This is an eight session program running on Thursday evenings at the RCMP Richmond Detachment. Topics include emergency response, police dog services, forensic identification, fire and ambulance and much more. Cost per person is $80.00 and deadline to apply is Tuesday, October 1stat 1:00pm!  Applications are available on the Career Programs display board in or near your counselling area. See your Career Information Advisor if you have questions or go to the Career Programs website.​
  3. All Grade 9 students, if you have not already returned your immunization consent form, please bring it to the office as soon as possible.
  4. The Terry Fox Run is happening at Burnett on Thursday, September 26th! Students and staff, please bring your "Toonies for Terry"! Toonies will be collected during Block C every Tuesday and Thursday. All proceeds go to cancer research and your name will be entered in a draw for a chance to win a pair of Whitecaps tickets!
