BREAKERS DAILY NEWS          

  1. Attention all students! If you have not ordered your yearbook yet, make sure to order on school cash online for the lowest price. This is the last week before the price increases!
  2. Attention Breakers! Anyone registered to attend the Europe Trip in March 2024, please scan the QR code to complete important participant information THIS WEEK! QR codes are located outside of Ms. Russell’s classroom D115 and Mr. Giesbrecht’s classroom D119. 
  3. Today was the Dress up as your Stuffie day for Stuco's December Spirit Week! We loved seeing everyone's matching outfits with their cute stuffies! Tag us in your stories @jnbstuco to be featured! Tomorrow's theme is the long awaited Pyjama Day!! Grade wars are happening this Friday at the Winter Holiday Festival! Sign up in JNB Stuco's link in bio to play minute to win it games and earn some prizes!
  4. JNB Cancer association is having another cookie fundraiser today, located in front of the cafeteria at lunch. Today is your last chance to buy some very tasty cookies. Be sure to come and support a good cause. Thank you.
  5. It's candy gram day today!!! If you have not picked up your candy grams, come see your b Blk teacher or the office to pick them up. For B Blk students with spares, please pick your candy grams up from the library. Thanks to everyone who helped support Grad committee!
  6. Aspire is hosting a cookie decorating event today at lunch in Mr.Lee’s room A125. We will be selling 1 cookie for 2 dollars and 2 for $3.50. All toppings and icing will be provided with the cookies. Come down and decorate some cookies with your friends!
  7. Zenkura is hosting their last bubble tea sale of the year! Come by during lunch, near the main staircase and buy one for only $6.50!
  8. The bantam boys played an intense game last night against Hugh Boyd, winning by 9 points. The player of the game was Andrew Ai. Good work boys!
  9. There are Table tennis tryouts today after school in the cafeteria.
  10. Today is the last day to submit your 12 Authors of Christmas to the library!  Prize names will be drawn at the end of the day.  Get your ballot from Mrs. Riter or Mrs. Verma!
  11. Tomorrow, doors open at 7am and FREE breakfast will be provided! Bring some friends and enjoy hot cocoa, pancakes and sausages, and ornament decorating alongside performances from all your favourite clubs and teachers! Parents and community members are welcome for an additional charge of $2.
