BREAKERS DAILY NEWS          

1. JNB ARC is hosting a Towel and Blanket Drive! Please bring your unused towels and blankets to earn points for your Block A class! This not-for-profit event aims to provide necessary warmth to rescued and stray animals. Donations will be accepted until December 20th, and the winner will be announced on the following day. The winning class will be awarded a Krispy Kreme donut party!
2. Are you in the mood to enjoy some festive music? The music program has prepared performances at Lansdowne, Steveston, Aberdeen, and Burnett over the next few weeks. Come visit the band room at D195 for more details! 
3. Hoops for hope, a basketball shootout will be happening on Dec 20^th at lunch in the wave cave. Don’t forget to sign up! Links are posted on our instagram @jnbhoopsforhope and around the school. Bring your friends and see you there!
4. Hey breakers! Are you excited for a fun, refreshing snack? Cinnanomroll will be hosting a bubble tea bar on this Wednesday and Thursday. We will have various flavours including regular milk tea, taro, mango, and strawberry. There will be many toppings to add. You’ll also be able to decorate your own cup! Come by to check it out!
5. There's not a lot of things you can buy nowadays under a dollar. But you know what you can buy under a dollar? CANDY GRAMS!!!  Grad comm will be selling candy grams this whole week! 1 candy cane cost 50 cents and for 1 dollar you can buy 3! Candy Canes will be delivered on Dec 21 Thursday during b Blk. Help support your grad class by buying candy grams! 
6. A-T-T-E-N-T-I-ON! Do we have your attention? Cinnanomroll will be hosting a kpop random dance challenge today. Do the choreography to three kpop songs in a row and get a free 50 cent discount off your purchase. See you there!
7. Hey Breakers! Athletic Council will be hosting a students versus teachers dodgeball game next Monday at lunch. It is $5 to play against some of your favorite teachers. Sign-ups will be posted today at 3:00 pm on jnbathletic's Instagram story. Spots are limited, so make sure to sign up fast!
