BREAKERS DAILY NEWS

Good morning, Burnett Breakers!  Here are your announcements:

1. Congrats to Burnett Breaker Jazz, Edgar’s BGT jazz ensemble and the many band volunteers who helped run an excellent night of music in our schools at Gateway last night! It was a fantastic show!
2. Attention all Grade 11 students who are interested in a Grad Committee Exec position next year! If you are currently in Grade 11 and would like to apply for an exec position for next year's graduating class of 2024, please see the QR code posted on Ms. Rodriguez's classroom window (D211). Online application forms are due today at midnight! We are looking for strong leaders who will represent the grads of 2024 and make it the best senior year ever!
3. Any non-music student who has put a lock on a music locker, please remove it by Friday recess or it will be cut off. Lockers are needed for music students.
4. Today is last day for our school play! This is a beautiful play presenting by Theatre company about love and connection called “Almost, Maine”, running today at 7 PM. Tickets at the door. Don’t miss it! Bring your friends and family!
5. Hey there Breakers! Did you know that there’s an event happening in the library on May 25^th at lunch? Reach For The Top is having a trivia competition between students and teachers! Top 3 students will receive a store voucher and top teacher will receive an Indigo gift card! For more information, check out the Instagram page @JNBReachForTheTop.
