BREAKERS DAILY NEWS

Good morning, Burnett Breakers!  Here are your announcements:

1. Hey ARC members! We will be having our meeting at lunch this Friday in Ms. Galan’s room, A110A. See you there!
2. Hey Grade 10s! There will be a boardgame event for you this Thursday, April 20^th from 3:30-4:30 in the cafeteria! The admission and food will be free of charge. Make sure to bring your student ID! Can’t wait to see you there!
3. Are you interested in serving your community? Join the Richmond Youth Service Committee today! There will be monthly meetings on service projects and community issues while connecting you with peers and planning upcoming projects. Application deadline is April 21^st. To find out more and register, see the poster on the counselling board for the QR code.
4. Hey breakers! Are you currently a grade 10 or 11 student interested in becoming a breaker mentor for the next year?  If so, there will be a meeting on Friday April 21 at the library during lunch. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Ms. Yonathan or Mr. Giesbrecht. Hope to see you there!
5. Any Grade 8 students interested in writing the Waterloo Gauss contest, please sign up with Ms. Have in room D205 by April 24.
6. Are you interested in a field trip to Montreal and Quebec City? Trip will be in May 2024. We will have an information meeting tonight at 7 pm on Teams. The link for the meeting has been sent via email. See Mrs. Hue in room D218 for more information.
