Good morning, Burnett Breakers!  Here are your announcements:

1. Congratulations to Mrs. Reidy and the PE Incentive class for hosting a successful grade 7 basketball tournament the past two days. The Spul’u’kwuks boys and Thomson Girls ended up as the Breaker Classic Champions last night.

This afternoon the Burnett basketball coaches will be taking on the Senior Boys basketball team at 3:30pm in the Wave Cave as the final event of the basketball season. 

2. Do you have unwanted clothes at home? Project serve is extending their clothing drive for the homeless in need until this Friday, Mar 10. Don’t forget to drop off toiletries and clothes in the boxes outside of A110B, Ms. Wu’s room.
3. Are you interested in playing tennis? Girls tryout will be Today after school at the Burnett Court. We look forward to seeing you on the courts!
4. Reminder to all grade 8’s, badminton tryouts continue in the big gym on Friday 3-5pm. See you all there!
5. Are you passionate about art, writing or photography? If so, join JNB literacy magazine’s executive team! Sign up to be an editor, graphic designer or social media manager to collaborate with like-minded, creative individuals! The deadline to fill out the application form is Friday, Mar 10. 6. If anyone left their clothing or ski items from Ski Club on the bus, please see Ms. Meralli.
7. Attention all students! If you have lost an item, please check the lost and found bin outside the gym. We have collected a variety of items there. Please claim it before spring break. Thank you.
