BREAKERS DAILY NEWS

Good morning, Burnett Breakers! Here are your announcements:

1. Attention Grade 10 Students! Program Planning sessions will take place tomorrow, Thursday February 9 starting at 8:30am. This is mandatory and all grade 10 students need to come to school at that time. Program planning sessions are extremely important in planning your pathway to graduation! We look forward to seeing you in the multipurpose room tomorrow at 8:30am.
2. Attention all Ski and Snowboard participants! Today is our second trip to Grouse Mountain! Please leave your block D classes at 2:30 (not 2:45) and load the bus ASAP. The school will be locked when we return, so be sure to bring all your belongings. See you there!
3. The grade 9 boys basketball team played their final game against McMath, the 2nd ranked team this season. They played their best but unfortunately lost 48-69. The MVP is Isaac who scored 19 points. 

4. Hey Breakers, if you ordered an exclusive JNB Tote Bag from CLUBHOUSE, they're here! Come pick yours up at Clubhouse, down by the Gym Foyer by this Friday, Feb 10^th.
5. Hey Breakers! JNB Dance Club will be hosting their first open event to all students! Come join us at our KPop random dance play this Friday at lunch in the drama room! Songs include those from NewJeans, BTS, BlackPink and more! Come and dance with us!
6. Attention Grade 11 Students! Student Council is hosting a movie night just for you! Make sure to come by with your friends this Thursday from 5:00-7:30 PM and enjoy a movie with a side of free popcorn! For more information, check out our Instagram @jnbstuco.
