Attention Grads of 2020,
I hope you are all doing well during this time. As this is your final year in high school, to graduate, you must meet graduation requirements. The Ministry of Education has stated that all students who are on track to graduate will graduate. This also means fulfilling particular graduation requirements, one of which is the completion of the Career Life Connections (CLC) course. A major component of the CLC course is the Capstone project, which you have been working on throughout the school year. In order to meet graduation requirements, the Capstone project MUST be completed. To be clear, a student can only graduate if a Capstone project is submitted.
Please see the attached document for details on the Career Life Connections Report and a rubric for your Capstone Presentation. We have revised your Capstone Presentation date to: June 5, 2020. Presentation times TBD.
Please contact Ms. Carvalheiro, Mr. Bevan, Ms. Look-Mason, or Ms. Taylor if you have questions about the Capstone project.
